A few trades have happened where one GM backs out, let it be known that once a trade is posted and both teams agree, from now on that trade cannot be taken back (unless its completely lopsided and the trade council denies it)

Also, be sure to post trades that youve both agreed on

sometimes what happens is a GM posts without the other GM's consent though. Is that ok, if the other person is like no we never agreed on this deal.
